I am Fran Lopez Garcia, owner of NederVal Design & Comfort (Chamber of Commerce 98469738, Deventer). I respect your privacy and handle the information you share with me with care. On this page you can read what data I collect and why.
When you fill in the contact form or email me, I receive your name, email address, phone number, town and what you tell me about your space. If you send photos or a floor plan, I keep those too.
I only use your data to contact you, schedule an appointment, prepare a quote and work out your design. For my accounts I keep invoices for as long as the law requires.
I never share your data with others without your consent, unless required by law. The website and the form run with a hosting provider that stores the data for me.
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted within a year. Data from assignments is kept for as long as necessary for the assignment and my accounts.
This website only uses functional cookies needed for the site to work properly. I don't use cookies to track you for advertising.
You can always ask which data I hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Just send an email to info@nederval.nl. If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
